Payment

Pay in advance with credit card. We Accept Visa & MasterCard. Net 30 terms can be established after a credit reference check has been completed and approved.

Any outstanding balance not paid within terms is subject to a 1.5% per month interest charge.

Returned checks will be subject to a $30 service charge.

Shipping Policy

• All orders are subject to a processing and shipping time of three days.

• Shipping charges will be calculated by weight of purchase. We will ship via UPS ground. Next day, Second day and Three Day select options are available. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-526-1526 to discuss these options. Be aware that if you are within a three-state radius of NC you are likely in a two-day ship zone. Please call for rates.

• If items are damaged, missing or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Return Policy

Defective or incorrect items may be returned without charge, pending notification and agreement.

Damaged goods must be noted and reported upon delivery. We will not accept the return of opened packages.

Items returned may be subject to a 20% restock charge.
